The Dub program takes a holistic approach to building the young men and women in its program and emphasizes much more than athletic development.  The Dub Foundation funds the program's Academic Incentives Program, a reward system for the players in the program.  At the end of each school year the players in the program submit their grades to the Foundation and receive an award based on a tiered system.  Dub always puts academics first and backs that notion up with the Academic Incentives Program.  The Academic Incentives Program is another unique part of Dub that makes it special and different than other programs.
